On the Implementation of the General Process

"Formation, Maintenance, and Use of the Unified Register of Medical Devices Registered within the Eurasian Economic Union"

1. To implement, from the date this Order enters into force, the general process "Formation, Maintenance, and Use of the Unified Register of Medical Devices Registered within the Eurasian Economic Union."
2. The accession of new participants to the general process implemented under this Order shall be carried out by following the accession procedure in accordance with the Procedure for Accession to the General Process "Formation, Maintenance, and Use of the Unified Register of Medical Devices Registered within the Eurasian Economic Union," approved by Decision No. 92 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated August 30, 2016.

3. This Order shall enter into force 10 calendar days after its publication on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Union.
